Local Law # 16 of 2011

A LOCAL LAW TO RESCIND LOCAL LAW # 10 OF 2011
BE IT ENANCTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE COUTY OF PUTNAM, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Local Law # 10 of 2011 is hereby rescinded in its entirety.
SECTION 2.
The Legislature affirms that the adoption of Local Law # 10 of 2011 and its rescission by
Section 1 of this local law do not affect Resolution #R85 of 1977 of the Putnam County
Legislature, as amended by Resolutions R297 of 1980, R329 of 1983, R361 of 1983, R427
of 1986, R682 of 1988, R173 of 2005, R147 of 2007 and R264 of 2009, and that Resolution
#R85 of 1977 of the Putnam County Legislature, as amended by Resolutions R297 of
1980, R329 of 1983, R361 of 1983, R427 of 1986, R682 of 1988, R173 of 2005, R147 of 2007
and R264 of 2009 at all times has been and continues to be in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
This local law shall take effect immediately.
