This is an influenza clinic for individuals 18 years of age and older.
The fee for vaccination is $30.00 for those 18 through 64 years of age. Only cash or checks payable to Putnam County Department of Health will be accepted.
Those 65 and older or anyone with a Medicare card can receive the vaccine free of charge if they show their Medicare card.
High dose flu vaccine is being offered for seniors age 65 and older.
Short sleeves are required to make it easier for the nurses to administer the vaccine in a timely manner.

School Information
Flu season generally begins October and ends the following year at the end of May. Seasonal flu clinics hosted by the Department of Health provide flu vaccinations to residents of Putnam County. Healthcare providers or pharmacies may also have flu vaccine available. School-Based Flu Clinics The health department offers free influenza vaccine to all Putnam County school-age children through annual school-based flu clinics. This vaccination program is provided by the health department in partnership with the Board of Education, school administration, school nurses, and Parent/Teacher Organizations (PTO).
