NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the County Executive of the County of Putnam at Room 300 of the County Office Building, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel, New York 10512 on the 27^th day of October at 4:30 and 6:30 pm concerning:

A LOCAL LAW

Amending Chapter 190 of the Putnam County Code Entitled “Energize NY Benefit Financing Program” in its entirety and adopting a new Chapter entitled “Plumbing and Mechanical Trades”, which was adopted by the Putnam County Legislature on October 5, 2021 by Resolution R#189.

This Local Law

Amends Chapter 190 of the Putnam County Code by adding the definition of the terms     “Appearance Ticket” and “Notice of Charges”, and by providing that the Compliance     Enforcement Officer shall have the authority to issue appearance tickets in a form prescribed by the Putnam County Plumbing Board.
